Hi, my name is Clayton Kern. I am 26 years old. I graduated from Northeastern High School in York, PA, and finished my undergrad in Environmental Biology at Unity College in 2008. After graduation I worked for 4 years as a marine science instructor for the Catalina Island Marine Institute, on Catalina Island in California. At CIMI 4-12th grade school students come out for 3 or 5 day field trips in which we teach marine science labs, snorkeling, island ecology hikes, kayaking and a number of other things. In 2011 I left California and started a Marine and Environmental Biology MA grad program at Nicholls State University in Louisiana. In my spare time (not much) I hunt, fish, camp, hike, scuba dive, rock climb, fossil hunt, geocache, and anything else that is fun and outdoors. I am a Christian, and have devoted my life to furthering Christ's mission, including protecting our beautiful Earth that we must protect. Where would we be without the Earth and God anyway? We should all be devoted to the Earth and God. Oh yea this supposed to be about me, almost forgot. I worked at Manchester Ace Hardware for 4 years, and wrestled for 8 years through school. At Unity College I was a member of the Archery Club, the FFA club, President of the Marine Biology club, and treasurer for Campus Crusade for Christ.

I have a mom (Tina) and a dad (Jeff) they got a divorce when I was 10. I have a brother (Clifton) who is 24 yrs old, and a sister (Katelyn) who is 15 yrs old.
